How To Get Over A Hang Over - Best Hangover Remedies
89
If you have a million piledrivers splitting your head, have just enough energy to prise your eyelids open, and want a quick solution, skip the first part of my hub, with my apologies. After you are better, and resolve not to have a hangover again, return to this point in my hub to find out how.
First, let's see how you can avoid hangovers.
1. Eat before and during the drink session, not after.
Some people I know drink on an empty tummy, dummies! That contributes to early nausea, headaches, not regulating the quantity of food, and funny pix of you posted over the net.
And when you get sozzled silly, you might think it a good idea to skip dinner and go straight to bed. Next time you do that, you deserve the ensuing hangover!
2. Eat lots of fruit and salads.
Alcohol in, vitamins out. So you need to compensate for those. So indulge in salads for sidesnacks, and drink glasses of orange and grape juice beforehand. I don't know if the juice in your vodka counts, sorry.
3. Milk and Curds.
I learnt this from a Brit friend. Before going out to wild parties, take in a lot of curds or milk. This gives an antinausea lining to your stomach walls. Unless you want to be really wild!
4. Know thyself.
Stick to your drinking limits and you are safe. When I mix a beer session with rum or whisky, like I once did to oblige a stupid friend, I get a mega hangover the morning after. If something does not work for you, don't do it.
5. Drink H2O.
Many of my hangovers were due to my not drinking enough water. So pour in glasses of water, before and after session.
6. Cut down on smoking.
Sometimes the smoke is the culprit. More the cigarette count, the worse you feel later. If you don't smoke, choose a chair away from the smoke, or move your chair, if possible.
It also makes sense not to sit in bar corners where the smoke remains longer. Central areas are better.
7. Slow and Steady.
Space out your drinks, or go slow. The fewer your drinks within a timeperiod, the less you are affected. Ah, yes, it kills the fun a bit, too.
8. Dance, talk, sing.
Involve yourself in an interesting activity; don't just sit there gulping down the drinks. You get less sozzled that way. Also cuts the danger of you dropping off to sleep, which is instant nausea when you wake up. And sing or dance only where you can. Though if you are bounced early enough, you won't have a big hangover, so singing and dancing is a good thing!
9. Get a good night's sleep.
Sensible folks indulge only on Saturdays, and can sleep it off on Sunday. Less sleep could be the reason for your condition, friend, go back to sleep!
Throwing up
Many folks have brought it to my kind attention that forcing yourself to throw up is a hangover cure. Friends, let me not stop you! Throw up if you want, but do it only if you already feel pukey. Pushing three fingers into throat and doing a toilet plunger act is not my idea of a hangover cure.
If you feel like throwing up, don't try to stop it. Ideally, get out of bed to do so. Most people do it when they brush their teeth.
After you have donated your exdrinks and snacks to the sink, you feel like a whole new person. Weak, but clean!
Cures
Okay, okay, the top of your head comes off every time an ant passes by, and this stupid guy is giving you tips on how to avoid it next time? Stop swearing and listen:
1. Drink lots of water or juice. (You could be dehydrated.)
2. Drink soup.
3. Eat something, specially fruits and salads.
4. Go back to sleep.
5. Take a nice, hot, bath.
6. Bite into a piece of ginger.
7. Be nice to people. (Of course. Unwise to get into arguments now.)
8. Have rice with curds.
9. Stil there? Go back to sleep, do it now!

Great Hub and WONDERFUL picture up top there, Kenny!
One fellow I know eats ice cream before going to bed in order to keep his blood sugar level from dropping so far, he says. He feels it works, but I don't know. :)
Sometimes it helps if you drink water before you go to sleep!
All said well. But if I follow at least half of these tips, I don't think I will ever have time enough to get drunk! Perhaps I will like a hub better, on 'how to live comfortably with your hangovers' LOL
Cheers and Bottoms up!
PS: 'Kenny, Distorted' is a good picture! Can I use it elsewhere with your permission?
On second thoughts, the much used cliche 'the best way to avoid a hangover is to stay drunk'!
Thank you for your permission to use the pic. Eagerly looking forward to your next instalment in the colors series,
'Color Part _ - Caramel, all tints and shades'
errr.... gr..... well, I don't know. I thought it was the color used in some brandys and rums. Thank you for answering my request. I will be there in a moment.
This was great. I am a big milk guy before I go out but i do smoke too much when drinking.
Coca cola works wonders for me the morning after a big party. I cannot face coffe if I am hangover, but the caffeine on the Cola is enough to pick me up!
Had two in my short life.
one put me to bed for one week. My mother decided I had food POISONING, naturally like a good son I agreed with her.
Also decided never ever go to another Sunday Wedding, drink Carlsburg Beer and wedding cake to Eat.
Finally no more hangovers. I kept the 2nd requirement of my new life but have been to some Sunday Weddings. Ate the cake, never drank any more Carlsburg.
Now a great Life.
the best way to avoid a hangover, is well, not to drink, but that takes all the fun out of it doesn't it?
check my hub
Good tips. Thanks for posting.
Wow! Where were you when I was in law school? I defend a lot of individuals accused of driving while intoxicated, is this hub copyrighted(?), or can I include it in my info packet?
Very witty hub! Some people like to have bitters and soda for a hangover. When I'm queasy, my husband mixes bitters into a Coca Cola with some lemon for me and then, I can rest easily. I like the idea of biting on a piece of ginger, too. As for the three fingers down the throat, I just hope houseguests would use the wc instead :-)
Good advice for this time of year! There's probably more hangovers on Jan. 1 than any other day of the year. For me, I hope hangovers are a thing of the past.
Drink what you drank to get drunk... It's always worked for me. Just one shot or glass of whatever you were drinking the night before.
It may sound stupid, but it works. I'm not sure how...
Oh My..First thing I learned was that the sweet drinks were the worst for obtaining a hang-over..second thing was don't drink tequila he he ha ha...and also agree with having like a bloody mary in the morning to perk you up??? Although the ginger also works..so does sleep and much water.. we are all different and drink differently so you need to find what works for you and then do that. You Kenny are hard to keep up with after 3 weeks off ...G-Ma :O) Hugs you
As always Kenny, another entertaining and informative hub..
Happy new year to you sir:)
hehe - A timely hub as I woke this morning with an almighty hangover. My usual cure is water, more water, bacon, eggs, pancakes, aspirin, andrews liver salts, more water and a hot bath, so you are pretty much bang on. But as SunSeven says, the only sure cure is to stay drunk. Have a great 2008
I've tried the drink what made you get hung over to make it go away... It really does work. I've only tried it on liquor though. I don't know if it works on other alcoholic beverages.
By the way nice hub, Kenny.
Kenny, I read through your hub and enjoyed the information. But may I declare (gulp) that I never had a hangover in my life? I don't drink, never have. Geez writing that here seems like "blasphemous???" Hahahaha sorry for leading a seemingly boring life. :-) But well, I'm happy! I guess that's what counts huh? Cheers!
Umm, and this one is two months old and I just stumbled upon it ;) There is some excellent advice here, Kenny :)
Well, I guess Russians are known to be proficient in drinking, and that implies we have to be proficient in dealing with hangovers, too :) Surprisingly, I found myself in agreement with most of your Indian tips - which makes me thinking Indians and Russians are not that different after all :P
There are some variations, though. We usually use butter, not milk, as a preventive measure. Afterwords, when disaster strikes in the morning, the best cure is some more alcohol - as been mentioned by many others here. It actually does not matter what kind of alcohol, but human beings usually can't consume strong spirits under heavy hangover, so light beer is universally accepted as the best cure.
Kefir is even better. I normally hate kefir, but I remember myself one morning sitting on the stairs of the grocery store and pouring two half-liter bottles of kefir into my throat, one after another without any interval... I can't even tell what a pleasure I was experiencing in the process :D
Salty brine from pickles is universally accepted as the best non-alcoholic liquid to consume in the morning.
Fat, very fat, better extremely fat food is a must. "Hush" - very dense fatty soup made of offal is considered the best.
And my very own home-grown tip - go get some excersise or physically challenging task. The more you move, the faster hangover evaporates :)
Sure. And I think sleep works for everybody, though :)
Alcohol will deplete your body of both fluids and B vitamins. Taking a B complex before you drink and again before you go to sleep, with a large glass of water will help you to wake up feeling much better. Take another in the morning and you will be good as new.
If you are feeling sick after drinking, it is best to eliminate the second dosage though. No point in flushing a perfectly good vitamin down the toilet. ;)
kenny
thats a nice hub
let me tell you that hangovers are best avoided by having a non alcoholic welcome drink which do not have salt or acid. lime has acid mind you
a bland soup ,water melon juice and pumpkin juice are good
avoid citrus fruit juices .it has acidity and vit c
again avoid grapes and grape juice
the idea is to get the system hydrated adequately and the cells are fluid full
then the meal or supper or dinner should start simultaneously with serving drinks after a small course which may or maynot be the main meal course.
that is why wine is served with food.
offering drinks first along with acid stimulating bites followed or deprived by dinner is a wrong approach
the whole process of alcohol consumption should be to like a pilot flying
load up the system with water
revv
fasten to seat belt(meals)
take off will have to be half of your uppper limit of consumption
then top up once in a while with a one third quota
mix with meals as you fly high
move around dance laugh
then top up again
keep cruising
once your upper limit is reached dilute your drink with more water
so that you make a smooth landing
the bottom line is never drink when you are alone and never drink when you feel low
i am compelled to recall my seniors advice -the credit goes to meyyappan -a spiritual? master- since i am a teetotaller
or wake up, realize you are still a bit drunk, search for aspirine, chug a bunch of water, barff it out, take the tylenol and go back to bed. The culprit...cheep beer. The more expensive the beer the less I drink. lol.
I had to come back and ask, does Capri Sun count as juice?
Nice post. Informative & fun :)
Hi! Here it is - the secret wisdom of the ages; I have NO idea why it works but it does.
Pickle Juice (don't eat the pickles)
Drink the pickle juice BEFORE you go to bed (if you can remember to) and if not, do it in the morning, get back in bed and trust me, unless you already felt like vomiting, YOU WON'T - it will stay down - sleep some more - and wake up - shower and feel like - well, at least a thousand bucks! :}

Lemme know when you try the pickle juice - OK?
Melanie :}
naa, I didnt really do it.
To prevent a hangover, use what the Soviet KBG used.
The product is now available and is called RU-21. You take it while you're drinking. It is amazing how well it works.
The KGB actually stole the recipe from Dr. Emanuel Revici, the subject of my book.
Kelley Eidem
A good way to deal with is smectic minerals such. In one hour you are done.
all simple things you can do, but informative , I like the way you write and funky picture on top so cool hub
well,i should say ,a another good hub from you.Ithink i follow most of the tips like eating, drinking in small amounts, drinking curd, butter milk and yeah, you are right, we must drink lots of water as we generally get dehydrated during drinking.
hey im suffering with a hangover at the moment ive started on the water n im gonna try out some of ur other remedies lol and im definatly goin to have another sleep lol.
Good Job. Keep it up.
Hey Kenny, love your new avatar brother :)
I recommend Emergen-C. It's a powder that contains A LOT of Vitamin C, and it's an excellent hangover remedy! The best, though, is to quit drinking, which I fortunately did about two years ago. I do not miss hangovers! AT. ALL. ;-)
drink a pint of beer as soon as you get upi. works a charm
sleep, water and sleep. Great hub! Thanks Kenny
-Your newest fan
Great photo, looking multicolored, real funny. LOL
Great Hub, i shall print it off and stick it on me bed side cabinet.
Excellent advice overall, but me being me, can't help pointing out that you EAT not DRINK soup.
Excellent hub! Very informative. The best remedy for me is having a sauna. It's tough, but it works :-)
I've tried everything but what has always somewhat worked was ramen noodles with a mountain dew if I don't get to sleep it off. There's also a Mexican concoction called a campechana, loaded with tomato juice, oysters, scallops, shrimp, and octupus, and though it might not sound tasty, it blends together nicely and gets me ready for the next Corona. And as far as meds go, I got this Alka-Seltzer Wake Up Call, but I normally don't see this brand of Alka-Seltzer on the shelves, might have to shop for it. The lady at the store must have thought I was a complete alcoholic when I bought the whole shelf out. But it's been one of my better investments this year.
The best thing to do is not drink. It's NOT worth feeling bad the next day. It took me a very LONG time to figure this out. Well, not too long, I'm only 32. Don't throw your life away. Pray, and GOD will help you over come all additions. If you're reading this and you have a hangover...force yourself to eat crackers and drink sprite or water.
I disagree, sometimes its worth the hangover.
When too much alcohol gets your electrolytes all out of whack you need to replenish with hydration, vitamins, etc. But our systems are different Some recommendations from my Hubby (a salty guy) are huevos con chorizo and either a tomato beer or a bloody mary. I agree with the bloody mary -- the old "hair of the dog" never fails. For food, I used to come home from a night of drinking and have ramen noodles spiced up with red pepper flakes before retiring. I think it helped. Possibly made the hangover a little less extreme.
I enjoyed your hub. Very funny -- although hangovers are NOT funny!
Here I go following MM around - but then she does go to all the best hubs!! :)
Kenny - vannakam - great hub - and just love the pic!
Cheese before, water after works for me!
People come to this site for cures..help with hangover.....really don't need all the tips of things to do during drinking..how dumb..much too late to do your FIRST suggestions.........lol
Hair of the dog: only way to go... ; )
The pain of a hangover is not unlike the pain of childbirth. Excrutiating when you're enduring it. But as soon as the next opportunity to indulge comes around -- you forget all about the pain and go right back in for the pleasure!
Anti-nausea medicines like Compazine or Emetrol help, along with Alka Seltzer and believe it or not, decongestants/antihistamines.
As for the hair of the dog, yes. Tried and true. What I used to do was if I'd overindulged on wine the night before, drink a beer the next. Or if my hangover was from beer, switch to wine. I have a good memory of recovering after a particularly wild company party drinking in the hotel bar next day -- not sure if anyone drinks this anymore: Sex on the Beach. What your body really craves is sugar. SOTB has it in oj plus peach schnapps. Mmmm.
I am not sure if anyone has said this yet but my technique is that is try to snack a little here and there while drinking. I guess it soaks up a little of the alcohol and keeps my stomach from having to tackle each glass head. I also get gatorades the night before and drink one before i pass out than/that morning.
great hub!!!
Back when I *did* drink regularly, before leaving the house I'd drink a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast. Sounds weird but the milk slowed the absorbtion of alcohol, meaning it took longer to get snozzled. Meaning I was still quite lucid when others were belting out the 10th chorus of "Wild Irish Rose" - off-key of course.
The only "cure" I ever found for a hangover - other than not drinking in the first place - was a burrito smothered in cheese sauce with a side of shredded lettuce and Catalina dressing. Never knew why it worked, but have a pretty good idea now from reading this hub!
As for foods that don't mix well with alcohol: Washing down Christmas cookies with a dozen (probably more) pony glasses of a mixture of equal parts vodka, 7-Up and Cold Duck at a friend's Christmas party will ensure one *never* lives down crawling across the kitchen floor to drink out of the dog's water dish. It's been 30 years, for petesake, but memories are long in a small town...so I don't live there anymore. ;)
And I surely dented my karma when as a bartender during that period, I made pitchers of the above mixture for a bachelorette party because the maid of honor wanted it to be "a night the bride-to-be would always remember". Oh, she did alright...and so did everybody else in the bar who saw her do a *terrific* strip-tease from the middle of the party table.
But seriously, after being responsible for hundreds of hangovers (my own and many customers'), I heartily agree with your advice: Don't drink on an empty stomach, don't mix different types of alcohol, and DO pace your drinks.
Kenny, thanks for the lovely critique. I wasn't aware there's a "formula" - humor and compassion plus knowledge - so thank you for the tip. But how appropriate of you to use "Wordsmith" in your screen name. It describes *your* skills to a T.
Blush, blush back! Several English Composition teachers in the Midwest will be thrilled to find out that I finally "got it". LOL!
The best remedy for a hang over that works for me is Red Bull, I thinks its has to do with the caffeine and vatimins. That is the only thing that has every worked for me!!
I have ulcers in my stomach and after drinking liquor I get really sick and extremely nauseous. Any advice on how to lessen the pain would be really appreciated.
Great hub - my hangover cure is something with a little grease that'll soak up the bad boys in my belly. My favorite hangover meal is a burrito from Chipotle. I consume slowly, and then sleep for another hour or two and let the food in my belly clear out the negatives. Also, drinking lots of water and eatting a hearty meal (pasta) before a night of drinking are great tips. More food in your belly means less room for beer and a clearer head!
www.the-hangover-cure.com is a great way to get over a hangover. I use it a lot, it has a ton of electrolyes. And I can honestly say it works great.
Great tips, thanks a lot guys!

How To Get Over A Hang Over Best Hangover Remedies
I think this hub is the anti-anti-toxin to anxiety! Help, the verbosity of it is making me anxious!
thankfully I don't usually need this knowledge, but it doesn't hurt to know. stopping in to say hello today~
both mostly, lol. I drink maybe two or three times a year, if that and when I used to drink a bit more, I've never habitually been subject to hangovers, unless it's wine. o.O
I got out an 'artist' type poem for you. I told you I would! :D
I could be tempted by a dry white, occasionally and certainly I cook with it from time to time. I'm not so big on reds, and those seem to be the ones most conducive to hangovers. Thankfully they aren't to my taste.
didn't want to leave you hanging on comments... off for a late dinner out. I look forward to catching back up with you when I return and if not, another time.
I shan't have wine at it, though, I don't think. hehe.
I did, we stayed out and conversed until quite late anyway.
I ended up sleeping in and missing watching the Madoff verdict but I woke up to the good news. I'm having a great day today too and hope you are having the same.
have a nifty wonderful day :)
your hub hit 100. I noticed when I clicked on it again just now. congrats and just one more happy thing to add to your day, eh? :D
Hi Mr. Wordsmith. You have written tips which are really interesting and useful to get over a hangover. The remedies are really great. When I read this hub, I thought that you were an Indian and the word "CHENNAI" on your profile confirmed that. I got the hint from the use of curd before drinking.
So very wise indeed
That's a good list of hangover remedies you have got here. Fortunately, I do not drink. Anyways, Thanks for sharing!
love the tip great information about the milk. I will keep that in mind for all time my friend.
In my case the best remedy is to have sex, I think having sex cures almost anything. I don't know why but almost every time I have a hangover I want to have sex. So I suggest - have plenty of sex!
Kenny really great tips. However, I'm afraid some suggestions by viewers, like latest one in series, are likely to prolong hangover instead of getting rid of.
Great Hub and truly original, hehehe based on experience perhaps... Thanks a lot! For sharing...
Hi Kenny I made a link of this wonderful Hub with mine. I hope I have your blessing though, if ever you dont like the idea I am open to the idea of deleting the link.
Goos day and Happy New Year!
Kenny thanks for your suggestions i had followed that and the results are really amazing
"Hair of the Dog..." was always suggested as a cure...but more for a good laugh.
Good tips. My personal favorite: Just don't get so drunk in the first place.
Asprin, shower, brush teeth,sleep,h20,coffee,flushing toxins out of system all help to reduce hangovers.
Who knew rice and milk could ward off a hangover? We're also told random exercises work too. http://www.spaweekblog.com/2010/02/22/medicine-bal
The best way is drink another one It will work
The very best thing to get over a hangover is dont drink.

How do you get over a hangover in the morning i dont want anyone to know quick plz
if i feel sick shud i do the three finger thing?
Andd I want to feel normal like nothin happend??
The only way to totally knock out a hangover is to drink more (not recommended) or take a sedative like librium or valium. It's the same thing doctors give to someone going thru alcohol withdrawal. You have to have a prescription, BUT DON'T ABUSE IT. Put them up and only take one if you are REALLY sick. And don't drive for the rest of the day.
I'm not convinced dehydration is nearly as big of a factor as people like to make it out to be. If you've ever had a very bad hangover, you know it doesn't matter how much you rehydrate, you still are sick. But rehydrating is still important, nevertheless. Same for vitamin deficiencies and electrolyte imbalances. You aren't going to develop enough of a vitamin deficiency in that short of a period of time to make you that sick. Unless you have been drinking heavily for several days.
Most of what causes hangovers is the metabolized alcohol toxins still in your body and mild withdrawal. And the emotional blahs are a HUGE and very underestimated factor also. I can deal with being sick, hangover depression is what kicks my ass. Don't eat if you don't feel like it. Don't gulp water. Slowly sip. Vomit if you are nauseous. Take a shower and get cleaned up and go for a walk if it's not too severe.
Gatorate definitely helps too. Not only does it rehydrate you with water, it also has electrolytes like sodium that your body needs.
Puking does not always help. I have felt like I was sick and puked and almost 24 hours later still feel like crap and feel sick.
is it good for you to drink gingerale when you have a hangover?
The best Hangover Remedy & Hangover Cure i have ever had is this stuff called Hangover Joe's Get Up & Go! I was in Arkansas this summer and purchased it at a liqour store the stuff is great. I was so hungover and in about 30-45 min I felt great. I love Hangover Joe's now looking for it in Colorado and cannot find it. I hope they start carrying it out here soon. If you can try it i think you see what i mean!
Hey the thing i have realized that- after a bad hangover if u take a good heavy meal, within half an hour u'll feel better. its my 3 years experience
Reading this hub, I feel so silly. I did almost everything completely WRONG.
I'm only 15, but last night I got absolutely piss drunk wasted (is that an actual term? Don't know, but I want to emphasize the level of drunk I was.) for the first time in my entire life. I've drunken a little here and there, a shot or so of vodka diluted in an almost full bottle of water. This was a completely new experience for me, and even though it was very risky, i'm glad I did it because I have learned my lesson.
My friend and I were sleeping over at my family's vacation house. Fast forward the scheming and planning that we did, I ended up with two cups of a random concoction. Each cup had one part Absolut Vodka and another part Iceberg Vodka. I had no idea how far it would take me. Around three thirty in the morning or so, with my parents sleeping in the bedroom next door, my friend and I were disoriented beyond belief. The last thing I remember was an obnoxious amount of laughter, flopping around on the floor like madmen, and then.... blank. I can't remember most of the night. *Sigh*
I woke up on the bed, face down and my face covered in drool. There were domino pieces scattered all over the floor, a medicinal ball in the middle of my room, all the comforters were on the floor, pictures on the floor, lamps knocked on the floor, and to sum it all up, my friend told me that she had puked onto the floor (carpet) and cleaned it up (sort-of) with toilet paper. While she was recapping the night before, I lied in amazement that I couldn't remember most of the night before, and I still felt kind of drunk.
After the discussion, the hangover set in. I just thought that I could sleep it off since it was Sunday, but no, this has been by FAR been just the absolute WORST day of my life. It has beaten any bad day i've had, and i've had quite a few horrible days. My friend over-dramatizes everything, so I don't think she felt nearly as horrible as I did. When I woke up, she had been awake for two hours already, showered, and was walking and talking fine. Me on the other hand, being almost a foot shorter than her and weighing less, felt like I was going to DIE the entire day.
Why was this hangover so horrible?
1) I still couldn't walk straight (or at all) for the first few hours after waking up
2) I had to hide the fact that my inside were burning and churning and my mind was out of this world from my parents and act completely normal.
3) I couldn't eat or drink anything.
4) I had to deal with a wet puke stain on my carpet and vomit in my little wastebasket in my room.
5) I LEGIT would have rather died than have to experience that.
I'm only starting to feel a little bit better now, after I took a nap on the way home, but it's 11:56 at night. I wish this would have gone away a little faster. We drank on a pretty much empty stomach, were already quite exhausted when we got home and wanted to sleep, didn't really drink any water or eat dinner, and were just trying to be quiet the entire time. Let's just say, I know I won't be a drinker. A similar experience happened to one of my sisters when she was my age, but she was supervised by family and my father wanted to teach her a lesson. Now she is over 30 and is definitely a responsible drinker (when she does drink).
If I ever get a hangover (which I probably won't) this information should help me greatly and I will now know what to do. I still feel horrible, but it's nothing compared to how I felt earlier today. I drank some Yogi Ginger Tea and it's helping, but really by the smallest increment. I think the only thing right now that could help me is some good ol' fashioned SLEEP.
Adios!
Nice one will forward to my guys who drink !!
Haha it took me quite a long time to get through alllllll these comments; Kenny, I have respect towards you for being able to reply to practically everyone who's commented here!
Sure cure to get sober again plus clean out after drinking. Real Ruby Red grapefruit juice not the junk in a glass jar from who know where but good quality stuff.
Eggs, lime, salt and olive oil is the way i go and few pickles in between shots! The combination of salt and lime between shot greatly neutralize the alchol by the end of the night most of my friends are either throwing up or passed out while i either tidy up,watch something on tv or read a book with a plate full of lettuce dressed in mayo!People always wonder why am never that drunk!
Ok I did this I had about 12 beers the night before let me say this didn't work I had my head sticking in the toilet every 5 minutes since my usual amount to drink is like 1 beer I just started this doesn't work at all!!
if you have a class of coke or soda water works as well as ginger beer or just get up if your not working start drinking with your friends again one or two hope u all feel better
Ginger is a super great remedie ;))))
thanks mate :))))

lol... jeez man I like your style...witty and informative.
Just too add...I've gotten over hangovers by drinking some hot green or black tea. Helps sweat that alcohol out.
